Arduino-based Medical Tricorder

Incorporate different sensors, such as barometer, accelerometer, pulse sensor, and thermometer. Design a housing case for the electronics with 3D printing and machining.

The goal of this device is to help improve the caregiving standards to the elderly. The device collects healthcare data including heart rate and temperature that can provide a summary of the status of the wearer. The DPS310 adds on the ability to detect if the wearer has fallen. The HC-05 Bluetooth module of the device allows the data to communicate with the cloud, so that caregivers can access the data when necessary. Using the Arduino Pro Mini, the device is compact enough to be worn on the wrist without hindering daily tasks.

This project was inspired by the Life Band project (https://create.arduino.cc/projecthub/user06254/life-band-health-assistant-for-elderly-70e6f6?ref=tag&ref_id=health&offset=13)
